We know how frustrating it can be when a program doesn't work the way you expect. So you contact technical support and wait days for an answer that doesn't even address your specific problem. We've been there and experienced that, so we understand. We don't think anyone should be treated like that, so we'll do our best to answer your technical support request within 1 to 3 days during weekdays. We only ask that before you submit a technical support question, you please review the Troubleshooting and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) sections of our web site, if available, as your answer may only be one mouse-click away.
